The Ariel Dunes II Board of Directors is comprised of seven (7) members. The current ADII Board Member names, titles and contact info appear below.
Board terms are two-years, staggered, with 3 seats up for election in odd years and 4 seats up for election in even years.
The Board of Directors is responsible for managing the affairs of the Association. The primary responsibilities of the Board are:
(1) Accept fiduciary responsibility for the Association’s business affairs.
(2) Assure the building and Association assets are properly maintained.
(3) Provide a safe, secure and enjoyable environment for ADII owners and their guests.
