Pools

There are three pools at ADII that are open daily from 8am-10pm; one is zero-entry for small children. The middle pool is typically heated during the winter months through spring break. Additionally, all ADII owners & guests can access the five pools throughout Seascape. Pool bands are required at all pools and there is an access code for the ADII pools. 

Ariel Dunes II's Fitness Center

There is a private indoor fitness center in the ADII lobby that is available from 6:30am to 10:00pm daily.  A code is required to access the Fitness Center.

Note: The Fitness Center is only available to ADII owners, renters and guests to utilize and ADII wrist bands must be worn at all times. Children (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Pickleball Courts

Seascape offers three (3) clay pickleball courts. Seascape's pickleball courts are open daily from 8am-8pm, weather permitting. The pickleball courts are free for use by all ADII owners, renters, and guests.

Tennis Courts

There are six (6) clay tennis courts at Seascape, located in Tennis Village. These tennis courts are managed by the Destin Tennis Club (DTC). These courts are available to owners, renters & guests through hourly court rates or annual memberships. For more info on tennis, call (850) 654-4287 or visit DestinTennisClub.com.

Basketball Court

Seascape’s basketball court was transformed in 2020 into a multi-surface sport court with two hoops. The basketball court is open daily from dawn to dusk. It’s located on the west side of Seascape near Tennis Village. 

Golf Course

Seascape offers an 18-hole golf course that wraps around the quaint villa units and picturesque lakes at Seascape. Seascape uses a dynamic pricing strategy for tee times – meaning the tee time prices often fluctuate, impacted by things such as weather, competition, local events and more. Beach

Seascape is fortunate to have 2,000 feet of wide-open beachfront access. Our beach is within easy walking distance of every unit on the property. When going to the beach, always use one of the crosswalks when crossing Scenic 98.
